Apply In-Person
- To renew contract registration, applicant shall apply with the chief engineer of the respective PWD (Public works department) Divisional office for renewal.
- Please follow our “Eligibility” section to know the eligibility criteria.
- Go to the respective office.

- Obtain the application form or write on an A4 sheet as advised.
- Submit the completed application form along with the required documents as per our “Required Documents” section of this page
- Submitted application will be verified by the authorities. If all are in place, the applicant will be provided with acknowledgement for the submitted application.
- Please pay the required fees/charges as appropriate and get the receipt from the department.
- This application will be processed internally.
- Once the applicant’s renewal request is found eligible, the License will be renewed as per applicable norms.
- License will be delivered to the address mentioned while applying, or it will be delivered as per notification.
Apply Online
- Please use the following link to reach online portal online portal
- In the given page please click “Licence Renewal” option under “Apply For” to get “Contractor Sign In” page.
- Please enter the login credentials as applicable and click “Login” button to login.
- If you are a new user then use the “New Registration” option to get “Applicant/Contractor Registration” page. Please complete the registration process by filling the mandatory details as per prompt and click “Register” button to register and the login.
- Once login, applicant will land on dashboard page. Please use the main menu button and click “Licence” option and then choose “Renew Licence” option.
- In the next page please click “Next” button provided at right bottom corner for moving to next page.
- Once the above step is accomplished applicant will reach a page where applicant has to process the data for filling all the sessions to apply for this procedure.
- Kindly upload applicable documents at the prompted space as appropriate.
- Once you reach the payment section pay the applicable fees online.
- An acknowledgement for submission of application will be generated. Same time an acknowledgment with reference number will be sent to your mobile and email. Keep it safe for future reference.
- This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.
- Submitted application will be verified by the authorities.
- Please follow department notification.
- This application will be processed internally.
- Once the applicant’s renewal request is found eligible, the License will be renewed as per applicable norms.
- License will be delivered to the address mentioned while applying, or it will be delivered as per notification.
- Note: It is advised to submit an additional set of copy of the documents and get it counter signed for your safety while applying with the government department.
Apply through Centres:
- To apply through centres, the applicant has to visit the respective “CSC” centre. Please tap on the following link to locate the centre according to the respective district: link.
- Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
- The operator will process the application online.
- On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement.
- The status, viz. Approval or Rejection if any, will be conveyed to the applicant through an SMS.
- If verified, the renewed certificate will be hand delivered or sent through post to the address mentioned while applying in a stipulated period of time.

Fill all the mandatory details while filling application form. Incomplete applications and applications without the necessary documents might get rejected.

Need for the Document
- A contractor should renew the registration periodically.
- Without renewal the registration of a contractor is not valid and cannot bid for any contract.
The original Certificate to be produced with the registering Authority at the time of renewal.
Other uses of the Document/Certificate
