Kerala - Apply for Matriz Certificate

Apply In-Person

  1. To Apply for Matriz Certificate, the applicant has to approach the Revenue office – link
  2. The applicant has to download the form from the following link – link
  3. The applicant has to enter all the details in the application form.
  4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents which is mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. Complete the application form with the signature.
  6. Applicant has to submit the completed form along with the documents to the revenue office.
  7. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority ‘s request.
  8. Once the verification process gets completed by the officer, the applicant receives the call or SMS.
  9. The applicant has to visit the office to get the certificate.
  10. While submitting the application form, the processing time for this procedure will be intimate by the authority.
