Apply In Person

1. Applicant should submit their request for the mining geological data to the Geological Surveys - Ministry Of Petroleum And Mining Office. Ministry Regional Office Contacts
2. The request can be done through an email, a call, a letter, or even via a verbal request.
3. Upon receipt of the request, the officer in charge shall instruct the applicant to make payment of the required fees as per the Ministry Fees Schedule, use this link to view the prizing,Ministry Fees Schedule
4. Upon making payment, the applicant is required to share proof of payment with the Geological Surveys office and obtain a Mining Payment Receipt.
5. The Geological Surveys officer in charge shall then issue in person or send via email geological data for the applicant to download and print.
6. The time frame accumulatively for processing the application is within the day.
