This procedure explains how to Change Address of Pet Dog Registration in Karnataka.
Apply In-Person:

1. The applicant shall approach the respective civic agencies (municipal/corporation/local body) of their respective area from where they obtained license for pet dogs.
2. Go to the respective office. The contact details are given below in the “Office Location”. Collect the appropriate application form or write as advised.
3. Submit completed application along with required documents, as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section as per our page and renewal fees in prescribed format for renewal.
4. Once the application is verified and all the documents are in place (especially vaccination report) the renewal will be sanctioned as per norms. Follow up with the authorities for notification regarding the status of the application.
