2. Refer to the “Office Locations & Contacts” section in this procedure to see the respective address and contact details. Contact link: Link
3. Fill in the form and submit it at the respective office along with the required documents.
4. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Document” section of this page.
5. The applicant will be contacted by respective officer /Call Centre Representative on email/mobile provided by you for verification.
6. Once verification and payment procedure is successful, connection will be effected according to consumer’s application.

• Application form: Application Form
• General License from the local authority, if such License is provided for in case of partnership firm, registered partnership deed.
• In case of a Limited Company, Memorandum and Articles of Association and Certificate of Incorporation.
• Indemnity Bond if the Applicant is not the owner of the premises.
• Proof of Permanent residential address of the applicant and PAN number, if any.
• An undertaking stating that the applicant will not engage Child Labour in their Industrial / Commercial installation.
• Full address with Location sketch.
• An undertaking on plain paper agreeing to install the Solar Water heater as per KERC tariff order.
• A power supply agreement for supply of low/ high tension electrical energy in the prescribed format on a specified stamp duty paper of amount as prescribed by the Commission from time to time
• Proof of ownership (Any one: Passport, Voter ID, Ration card, Aadhar Card, Permanent Driving License)
• Proof of identity (Any one: Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport)
