1. The applicant should submit an application form requesting for a license at the Ministry of Social Development.
2. Please make sure you also have all the necessary documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this page.
3. After validation of the documents by the authorities and visit to the premises the license will be provided.

• Copy of the civil affairs identification card or copy of the passport, if the applicant is not Jordanian.
• Three personal photos of the founder.
• Certificate of Non-Criminal Record.
• Architectural inspection of the building.
• Health inspection conducted by the specialized health directorate.
• Preliminary approval by the specialized party to issue the vocations license.
• Certificate of Registration at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
• Approval of the Civil Defense Department.
• Internal bylaws of the home.
• Copy of the Certificate of Registration.
• Copy of the organizations articles of association.
• The Administrative Boards decision to establish the home.
