1. The applicant should contact the Ministry of Social Development in Jordan to obtain the Nursery Home license.
2. Appropriate application form can be obtained from the Ministry of Social Development and filled application should be submitted in 3 copies.
3. Health and Building Inspection form should be submitted by the officials after inspection of the premises and submitted appropriately.
4. If the authorities are satisfied with the standards that have been followed and the documents that have been submitted the license will be provided.

• 3 Copies of filled in application form.
• A recent copy of land site plan and site-zoning plan issued by the specialized departments, showing that the site is within a residential area or that of a residential nature.
• Copy of academic credentials of principal and personnel
• Medical reports for all personnel stating they are free from contagious and spreading diseases.
• Copy of civil affairs identification card for the applicant
