1. Present the vehicle to the technical committee to approve changing the vehicle color.
2. Submit the technical inspection form to the receptionist.
3. The receptionist will check the application to ensure all required conditions are met in the required documents.
4. Submit the vehicle information to the automated computed system and determine the fees.
5. Pay the determined fees.
6. Issuance and delivery of license to the owner.
