1. Fill out the changing the usage status form and submit it to the receptionist.
2. Go to the representative of the traffic violations report from Greater Amman Municipality and other municipalities to stamp the technical inspection form.
3. The receptionist will then review the vehicles record on the computed systems of the Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department to assure the absence of legal limitations, and the verify availability of all the required documents to change the vehicle usage from one status to another, and then forward the application the technical inspection.
4. Present the vehicle to the technical committee to get the committee approval on the owners request and then attain the technical inspection form.
5. Avail new insurance contract with the new usage status.
6. Submit the technical inspection form along with the entire required documents to the receptionist who will submit the application to the computed system and determine the fees.
7. Pay the determined fees.
8. Issuance and delivery of the license to the owner.
9. Go to the intended employee for issuance of license plates after the vehicle license is shown along with proof of fees payment.
10. Go to the plates factory for plate delivery.
