1. The applicant should approach the Ministry or the Directorate of Education to get the certificates authenticated.
2. The Ministry shall authenticate educational certificates and documents received from directorates, and certificates issued by educational institutions not following the Ministry.
3. The Education Directorate shall authenticate the following certificates and documents
   1. Conduct certificates and educational certificates and documents issued by schools.
   2. Certificates issued by cultural centers following the Directorate.
   3. Certificates issued by handicrafts training centers following the Ministry of Education.
   4. Educational certificates received by the Directorate from other directorates.
4. Copies of any certificate or document are authenticated after presentation of the properly authenticated original or authenticated copies of the document, and filling out an Authentication Application Form.
