1. Fill out the licenses replacement form.
2. Stamp the form from the traffic violations division of Greater Amman Municipality and other Municipality.
3. Submit the form along with the personal identification the receptionist.
4. The receptionist will review the form and determine the fee.
5. Pay the determined fee.
6. Issuance and delivery of license to the vehicle owner.
