Jharkhand - Register as Dentist


Procedure

Apply Online:

  1. To Register as a Dentist, the applicant has to make the application online via link
  2. The applicant has to click the “Proceed” button.
  3. If the applicant is a new user, the applicant has to click the “New User? Go for Registration”
  4. Enter all the details for the registration process with the captcha code and click the “Register” button.
  5. Now the applicant has to enter the details and click the “Validate” button.
  6. The applicant has to enter all the necessary details in the application form.
  7. Also, upload all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  8. A fee of Rs.590/- (Including GST 18%) is to be paid by the applicant by clicking on the "Pay Now" link available after applying.
  9. After completing the details, the applicant has to click the “Submit” button.
  10. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  11. Then the application will be processed further.
  12. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  13. The applicant will receive the certificate by post or by visiting the office.
  14. The processing time of this procedure completes within 30 days. Any reason for delay will be notified to the applicant.


Note: The applicant must apply for the transfer of registration within 6 months from the date of issuance of NOC of the concerned State Dental Council/Tribunal.


Apply In-Person:

  1. To Register as a Dentist, the applicant has to approach the Dental Council link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
  4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  7. The fee details for this procedure are mentioned in the “Fees” section of this page.
  8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
  10. Then the application will be processed further.
  11. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
  12. The applicant will receive the certificate by post or by visiting the office.
  13. The processing time of this procedure completes within 30 days. Any reason for delay will be notified to the applicant.





Required Documents

  • Soft copy of identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Election Card, Passport) in PDF format of not more than 200 KB in size.
  • Soft copy of original NOC by the Concerned State Dental Council in PDF format of not more than 1 MB in size.
  • Scan a copy of a recent color photograph of passport size not more than 200 KB in JPEG format. (110x140 pixels)
  • Scanned signature in JPEG format of not more than 200 KB in size. (140x110 pixels)
  • BDS degree certificate
  • Internship completion certificate
  • Proof of date of birth (birth certificate or school leaving certificate)
  • Proof of address (passport or voter ID card)

Eligibility

  • Any person who completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree with the completion of an internship is eligible to make this application.

  • The applicant has to pay of Fee of Rs. 590/- (Including GST 18%)
