Apply In-Person

1. To obtain a Property Possession Certificate in Jharkhand the applicant has to approach the Revenue Department Authorities.

3. The applicant should get the application form from the Concerned Department Authorities.
4. Fill the application with the Required details.
5. Now attach the required documents mentioned and submit the application to the concerned Officer in the department.
6. Once the documents are submitted you will be provided with an acknowledgement, please keep it safe for future reference.
7. It may take 7 days to process the application form.
8. After processing your request, field verification will be done by the RDO or tahsildar or respective authorities.
9. They notify you through e-mail or by SMS to collect the Property Possession Certificate when it’s ready.
10. They will ask you to sign in a register for the collection of Property Possession Certificate

Apply Online:

1. To Apply for property possession Certificate, the applicant shall visit the website in the link provided:Link
2. The applicant shall log in through the web portal mentioned under the "Login" option and provide the required information for the process.
3. After login, the applicant shall choose an appropriate option to obtain the certificate and proceed further.
4. The applicant shall fill up the application form with all the necessary details on a newly opened page and complete the given application form.
5. Now the applicant shall upload scanned copies of all the "Required Documents" for further processing.
6. Once the documents are uploaded, provide the mobile number and enter the received OTP.
7. Now click on "Submit" and complete the process.
8. On successful verification, the certificate will be issued by the authority.
9. Obtain the certificate from the concerned office or the portal.

Apply through Centres:

1. To Apply for property possession Certificate in Jharkhand, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC/Tehsil Centre. Find contacts to CSC centres in the link provided:Link
2. Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the card.
3. Make sure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
4. Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
5. Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
6. On successful verification, the applicant will be notified by the CSC centre.
