Apply In-Person:

1. Approach your area local Electricity office personally and consult with the authority for your need. They will suggest you with the correct main/division office to contact and apply for temporary Electricity (EB) connection. Contact link: Link
2. Go to the respective office and meet the respective authority with the available documents. On their advice, collect the form and initiate the process to apply. Refer to the “Office Locations & Contacts” section in this procedure to see the respective address and contact details.
3. Applicant shall obtain the form from the respective office (please pay for the form if required) Or can download the form from the following link : Application form
4. Fill in the form and submit it at the respective office along with the required documents.
5. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Document” section of this page.
6. The applicant will be contacted by respective officer /Call Centre Representative on email/mobile provided by you for verification.
7. Once verification and payment procedure is successful, connection will be effected according to consumer’s application.

The date of availing the temporary supply may be got amended by the consumer, by applying to the authority who has issued the orders before the commencement date indicated in the order. However, any alternate date proposed shall commence within 15 days of the date of the first order.
