Apply Online

1. After you have successfully submitted an application for a New Passport through the Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA) and you have obtained the passport acknowledgement receipt containing your passport application number, you can track your passport application status online through PICA’s online portal. 2. To tack your passport application online, visit PICA’s website: Link
3. On the information bar click on “PASSPORT SERVICES” to open the hyperlink
4. Under your “Your Passport”, select “Track your passport application status”
5. You will then be directed to the online application status check page
6. Enter your date of birth using the provided format and your passport application number
7. Then click on the “Find Status” button to proceed to your passport status application page where you will view the progress of your passport application
