Apply In-Person

1. To request for additional ammunition, you should visit the Firearm Licensing Authority (FLA), you can view the FLA contacts via this link: Link
2. Obtain the application form for the Request for Additional Ammunition Purchase from the FLA office at the reception or download it form the FLA website via this link: Link (Additional Ammunition), you can also download the form directly from this link: Link
3. Complete the application form according clearing justifying the reason why you are requesting for the additional ammunition
4. Submit the complete application along the required supporting documents to the FLA for processing
5. Pay the recommended application fee at cashier, you can use debit card, credit card or cash for payment
6. Once you have paid the application will be scrutinized by the FLA authorities to determine if it has merits for additional ammunition
7. Upon determining that your application is up to the required standard, the FLA will process it and you will be added the ammunition as you have requested

• Copy of firearm license
• Proof of Address (not beyond six (6) months old)
• In the case of competitive/sport shooting, a letter from a registered FLA approved range
• Certified passport photo
• Payment receipt
• Prove of income
