Apply Online - Obtain Public Carrier Vehicle Licence Online with Images

1. To apply for the public Carrier license for Vehicle, you have to submit your application to the Transport Authority (TA) online. Please view the TA contact details via this link:Link
2. To submit your application to TA via their online portal, visit:Link
3. If you are a register user, enter your email address and password to login and if you don’t have an account, click on “Register Now” to create an account. In the new page, entre your email address and submit, you will then receive a notification informing you that an email has been sent to your email account with instructions on how to complete your account setup.
4. Go to your email account and click on the link form TA to direct you to the TA online registration form and fill in all the required information to create an account
5. Upon a successful creation of your account, return to the logging in page to sign in by entering your registered email and password to access your account
6. Once logged in, click on “Submit Application” in the new page select type of application as “New” and the location where the license will be collected then click on “Next”
7. In the new page (Owners and Vehicle Selection) enter the your TRN and the vehicle chassis number and submit to select the type of license you are applying for (Public carriage) in the next page
8. Then complete the required fields for the vehicle and license information and then scan and upload all the required documents and then select “Add to Cart” and you will be directed to the application cart and payment page
9. View the payment details and click on “check out” to proceed to the payment page, review and confirm your order. Complete the payment using the online platform and you will receive emails confirming the payment and form the TA confirming receipt of the application
10. Print the confirmation report and take it to your selected office once the license is availed for collection, this normally take 5 working days

• The public Carrier licence for Vehicle is valid for one year and is renewable at the end of this period
