Apply In-Person
- To obtain a license to sell restricted pesticides, you should submit your application to the Registrar’s office at the Pesticides Control Authority (PCA). Please view the PCA’s contact information through this link: Link
- Obtain the application form for Licence to Sell Restricted Pesticide at the PCA’s office or download the form from the PCA’s website via this link: Link or directly via through this link:Link
- Complete the application form accordingly and attach the required supporting documents to it
- Then, submit the complete application to the PCA’s office, and upon receiving your application, the PCA official will verify your application and schedule a date for inspecting your premises of operations of sales
- On the inspection date, PCA’s inspector will conduct a thorough investigation on your premises and advise you on the requirements for the safe use, handling, and sale of restricted pesticides.
- After the inspection, the inspector/s will forward their report to PCA and PCA will inform you in writing if all the required conditions have been met to sell restricted pesticides
- Upon meeting the conditions, pay the registration fee. Note that cheques must be drawn to PCA’s account
- Once you have paid the requisite fee, the registration license will be prepared and issued to you

- The application fee is $7000
Validity
- Registration is valid for three years

After being issued the license, you are required to maintain a register on the sale of restricted pesticides with the following information:
- Date
- Name of Purchaser
- Pest Control Applicator Id. No.
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Name of Chemical
- The purpose for which the chemical will be used
- Quantity Purchased
- Signature of Purchaser
