- To get skills training program for persons with disabilities in Jamaica, you should submit your application for admission at the Abilities Foundation of Jamaica. Please view the Abilities Foundation of Jamaica contact details via this link:Link
- Obtain the registration form from the Abilities Foundation Administrative Office or download the form from this link:Link
- Complete the application form correctly and attach all the required supporting documents to the form
- Then pay the non-refundable application fee of $500 and obtain the payment receipt
- After payment visit the Abilities Foundation Administrative Office and submit your complete application to the Programme Coordinator of the foundation
- The complete application will be reviewed and you will be informed of a scheduled date for your assessment and interview
- On the assessment and interview date, you will be interview along with your parent or guardian
- At the end of the interview and your application is accepted by the foundation, you will be given a Letter of Acceptance stating the agreed terms and conditions of your acceptance into the programme. You will also be issued a registration package by the Programme Coordinator

- To apply for getting skills training program for persons with disability in Jamaica through online, you have to complete the Abilities Foundation of Jamaica online registration form
- Visit the Abilities Foundation website via this link:Link
- On the website click on the “REGISTER NOW” button at the top right corner of the home page to go to the online registration form
- Complete the online registration form correctly and click on the “Submit Registration Form” button to send your registration request. Note that you will have to submit all the required documents mentioned in the “required Documents” section below

- Tax Registration Number

- Letter from JCPD/ID
