Apply In-Person

1. Applicant should visit the Direction of Examinations and Competitions (DECO), Sub-direction of the homologation and Authentication of diplomas.
2. Approach the department of Archives Service and delivery of diplomas service desk and express your interest.
3. Pick the control ticket service number and wait for your ticket number to be called.
4. Submit the request form along with the supporting documents (listed below) to the attending official for verification and processing.
5. Payment the application fees at the in-house bank, upon which you will be issued with a receipt.
6. If the authorized official is satisfied that all the conditions are met for the applicant you will be notified of the outcome and issued with the certificate within 3 weeks.

2. The CNI or the Passport or the Certificate of identity
3. A copy of the certificate of success if possible

• Any citizen holding the BEPC Diploma can request the establishment of his diploma.

• Application fee 1000 FCFA

• The document is valid forever, but you can reapply in case of it being lost or damaged
