How to Apply

1. You should visit the nearest diplomatic mission office in person and express your interest.

   • NB:Some embassies requires applicants to book an appointment with them first before visiting the embassy in person to file any application.

2. Fill out the consular card request form, which can be obtained from the embassy/consulate office.
3. Submit the completed form along with the supporting documents (listed below) for verification and processing.
4. Information obtained in the application form will be entered into the embassy computer data base and you will be issued with a consult card.

• That some embassy offers online registration process, visit the Gabon embassy website portal of your host country and register if available.

1. Identification document (Ivorian ID card/passport)
2. 2 identity photos
3. Any other document(s)that may be requested by the authority

• No fees associated with the service

• Registration is valid as long as you are still residing in that specific foreign country

• It is advised that all Ivorian travelling abroad, whether on short- or long-term basis, register with the nearest Ivory CoastMission abroad. This is important in case of emergency you will be contact about events and announcement. Or if you wish to apply for extend consular services.
