Payment by cash

1. Visit any Ivory Coast water distribution company (SODECI) agency office nearby, with the water bill invoice and the amount to be paid indicated on the invoice
2. Approach the payment services counter and submit the invoice bill and the recommended amount in cash to the attending official.
3. Who will verify the amount to be paid through their computer system and if the amount is in order, he/she will clear your bill and issue you a receipt confirming the payment immediately.

Payment by cheque

1. You can pay your bill to SODECI by check. To do this, simply complete the check and indicate on the back of the check your telephone contact and address.
2. You must then put the check and photocopies of the relevant invoices in the check box located at your SODECI agency available 24 hours a day.
3. You must return to the agency within 48 hours to collect your payment receipt.

Payment by Bank direct debit

1. Visit any Ivory Coast water distribution company (SODECI) agency office nearby and collect a debit form in three (3) copies and fill them accurately.
2. A duly signed copy to be deposited at SODECI headquarters, another copy to your SODECI branch and finally a copy to your bank.

Payment by Electronic method

• The SODECI has partnered with other private payment service entities that offer online payment method and easy access, In order to improve the quality of service to customers and the efficiency of bill payment 24/7 regardless of geographic location. Such entities include Ecobank, BNI, Banqueatlantique, MTN, Orange money, NSIA Banque, SGBCI.

• If the invoice are not paid by the deadline, a penalty (fine) of an addition fees equivalent to one tenth of the amount on the invoice will be imposed to the next water bill.
