1. Book an appointment

   (i) During the on-going corona virus epidemic period, the Centre de GestionIntégrée de service(CGI) advises all applicant to make an appointment booking first, via QUIPUX website link : link

   (ii) Click on the far right side of your screen Make appointment option.

   (iii) You will be re-directed to the next page, fill out all mandatory fields accurately (location, under formality select “permis de conduire”, CGI agency that you wish to fill your application with, date, time, email address, full name, phone number, identification document, document number)

   (iv) Accept terms and conditions then click on “To send” tab.

   (v) You will receive details of your appointment, indicating that it has been taken into account by the CGI.

   (vi) Alternative you can call the CGI toll free number 1320 or (+225) 21006929 to make the booking appointment or for inquires.

2. File your applicant

   (i) Visit the regional integrated Service Management Center (CGI) office, you had book an appointment with at the specific date and time.

   (ii) Approach the Department of transportation service desk and express your interest, fill out the application form accurately.

   (iii) Pick the control ticket service number and wait for your ticket number to be called.

   (iv) Submit the completed form along with the supporting documents (listed below) to the attending official for verification and processing.

   (v) Payment the application fees at the in-house bank, upon which you will be issued with a receipt.

   (vi) If the attending official is satisfied that all the conditions for filling the application are met you the will be issued with the duplicate driver’s license within one day.

1. A legible photocopy of the valid identification document (presentation of the original);
2. A certificate of declaration of loss in original of the driving license in case of loss or theft or the original of the damaged driver's license;
3. The original certificate of non-withdrawal of the driving license in the event of a declaration of loss issued by the road transport administration

• Duplicate driving license is issued to Driver’s who’s original driving license is either lost ,stolen or damaged.
• Drivers in Ivory Coast are required to have a valid driver’s licence, so as to be able to drive in Ivory Coast.
