2. Vehicle license, identity card of the buyer and seller and the appropriate fee related to the transfer of vehicle is required.
3. if there is no lien or attachment on the vehicle and the vehicle license is valid the registration will be accomplished right away.
4. Is it also your responsibility to check whether there is any lien or any attachment by checking with the Registrar of Pledge at Misrad Hamishpatim (Ministry of Justice).

• Buyer and seller should have their ID cards.
• If he buyer or seller is a representative with a power of attorney, they must present an original power of attorney document from the Ministry of Transportation.
