Graduates of an Israeli university

1. Graduates of an Israeli university are no longer required to send any documents to the Medical Professions Licensing Department.
2. Schools of Pharmacy in Israel sends the required information about them directly to the Ministry of Health.
3. Upon receipt of the information, students will receive a user name and password from the Ministry of Health, with which they will be able to enter the healthcare profession portal.
4. In the portal there is a declaration form, which should be printed out, signed, scanned and attached. A passport photograph should also be scanned and attached with the form.
5. After the internship, the examination fee should be paid, and the paid payment slip should be scanned and uploaded to the portal.
   
   

Graduates of an overseas university

1. Graduates of an overseas university are required to send an application for a license, accompanied by the required documents, by registered mail to the Medical Professions Licensing Department.
2. After the documents are assessed at the Division, those eligible to register for an internship will receive a user name and password, enabling them to enter the healthcare profession portal.
3. After the internship, the examination fee should be paid, and the paid payment slip should be scanned and uploaded to the portal.

Graduates of an overseas university

• 2 passport photographs
• 2 photocopies of your identification card, including the attachment showing your address.
• Tourists: Photocopy of your passport with a valid Israeli visa.
• Questionnaire for health care professionals - 2 copies
• Application to take the government licensing examination for pharmacists - 2 copies
• Matriculation certificate
• Final degree from a recognized university, or a certification from the university that you have completed your studies and have fulfilled all requirements to be eligible for a degree in pharmacology, which will be awarded at a certain time.
• Declaration that your studies overseas were frontal and not by correspondence (distance learning)
• Official confirmation of the studies start and completion dates
• Official confirmation of successful completion of internship and specification of the dates of commencement and completion of the internship and the total number of hours of internship, or alternatively, official certification of at least one year of work as a licensed pharmacist overseas and specification of the date of commencement and date of completion of work in each institution (in relevant cases - an employment record book).
• License to practice the profession in the country where the graduate studied and/or practiced pharmacy (if the requested license cannot be attached, a letter of explanation should be attached).
• The Certificate states that there are not and were not any disciplinary, negligence or professional ethics complaints against the applicant.
• A professional Certificate of Good Standing from the authority authorized to issue this in the country in which the applicant practiced the profession.
