Following are the steps that are to be followed for applying for a Pharmacology licence.

1. Submitting an application for a license and assessment of eligibility, including payment of fee
   1. Graduates of an Israeli university

      • Students who have graduated from Israel should contact the Ministry of Health who will provide you with a username and password to login into the Healthcare Profession Portal
      • In the portal there is a declaration form, which should be printed out, signed, scanned and attached. A passport photograph should also be scanned and attached with the form.
      • After the internship, the examination fee should be paid, and the paid payment slip should be scanned and uploaded to the portal.

   2. Graduates of an overseas university

      • Students who have graduated from overseas university are required to send an application for a licence should be accompanied by the required documents, by registered mail to the Medical Professions Licensing Department
      • After the documents are assessed at the Division, those eligible to register for an internship will receive a user name and password, enabling them to enter the Healthcare Profession Portal.
      • After the internship, the examination fee should be paid, and the paid payment slip should be scanned and uploaded to the portal.

For Graduates from Overseas University

• 2 passport photographs
• 2 photocopies of your identification card, including the attachment showing your address.
