1. To obtain a Certificate of Origin, applicants will need to submit an application to an Iraqi mission or commercial attach. A link to different Iraqi missions abroad is provided under 'Office Locations & Contacts' section.
2. Applicants will need to submit an authenticated certificate issued by the secretary of state.
3. Applicants may also be asked to present inspection certificates, their passport or other valid identification.
4. Pay the application fee.

• Completed application
• State Authentication. Certificates must be signed, notarized, and then certified from the secretary of state as the notary.
• Inspection certificates
• Passport or other valid identification
