1. To obtain a copy of a death certificate, submit a request at the Civil Registry Office.
2. To make the search for the death record much easier you must be able to provide these following information:
   1. Name of deceased
   2. Date of death
   3. Place of death
3. Do not forget to bring a valid identification, you may be asked to present this to confirm your identity and to make sure that you have the right to obtain a copy of the death certificate.
