1. Go to the Department of Population and Civil Registration Office to obtain a copy of your divorce certificate.
2. Submit the required documents stated below.
3. Pay the fee.

• Decision of the District Court/ High Court/ Supreme Court
• Marriage Certificate
• Birth Certificates
• Cover letter from the Lurah (Head of Ward)
• Photocopy of the Family Card/ Residential Identity Card legalized by the Lurah
• Passport (for foreign citizens)
• Certification of Residency Report (STMD) from the Police (for foreign citizens)
• Immigration Certification (SKK) from the Immigration Office (for foreign citizens)
• Letter from the Embassy/ Consulate/ Representative Office of a foreign country (for foreign citizens)
