The application for Residence Permit status visits over a limited stay permit and Residence Permit unlimited transfer status to Permanent Residence Permit must be filed by the Guarantor to the Chief Office of Immigration whose jurisdiction includes the residence of the foreigner.

• valid national passport
• photocopy of limited stay permit (still valid)
• domicile
• integration statement signed by the individual
• recommendation of the ministry or government agency related
• letter of guarantee from the Guarantor(if applicable)
• family card photocopy of parents who are Indonesian citizens (for children of foreign nationals who married)
