1. To apply for a disability certificate for a student it is the responsibility of the principal or headmaster of the school to apply for a disability certificate.
2. The application is made to the medical board along with the relevant documents.
3. The medical board might request the student to visit the appropriate hospital.
4. After evaluation, if the medical board members are satisfied the student will be provided with a disability certificate.
