Apply In-Person

1. To Obtain License to Sell Herbal Cigarette, the applicant shall visit the Office of the Tobacco board of their respective area. The address and contact details of the head office can be found in the following Link.
2. Visit the Office and get the application form to Obtain License to Sell Herbal Cigarette from the relevant department or please visit the following link for application form Link
3. Please fill the application form with the essential information and details and should be attested with the applicant’s signature.
4. Attach all the documents that are listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Then, it should be submitted to the relevant authority. Also pay the required fees for the application process at the office as directed by the officials. Please collect the acknowledgement slip for the paid fee. Keep it safe for future reference.
6. The Application and attached documents will be sent for verification to check, if there is any discrepancy.
7. After all the processes are completed, the concerned officials will approve the application and proceed with the license issuance process.
8. The time taken to issue the license is 15 days.
9. Once the license is ready to be collected, office will inform the applicant to collect it in person or through any applicable means.
