1. Go to the Drivers License Office or mail your renewal
2. Fill out the renewal form.
3. Submit the completed form along with all other required documents:
   1. Medical report completely signed by a licensed physician within 6 months
   2. Certificate of eye examination completely signed by a licensed physician within 6 months
   3. Statement of Drivers license possession completed and notarized.
4. You will need to complete and pass eye screening
5. Pay the fees.

Like any privilege, a drivers license has to be renewed. Though this is not done annually, but the state provided a particular period where you can have it renewed and at the same time, change or update your previous personal details.

Although not provided, there may be instances that the agency wants to know how well you drive. In that case, aside from the vision test, they may require you to take the road test also.
