Apply In-Person
- To renew contract registration, applicant shall apply with the chief engineer of the respective PWD (Public works department) Divisional office for renewal.
- Please follow our “Eligibility” section to know the eligibility criteria.

- Obtain the application form or write on an A4 sheet as advised.
- Submit the completed application form along with the required documents as per our “Required Documents” section of this page
- Submitted application will be verified by the authorities. If all are in place, the applicant will be provided with acknowledgement for the submitted application.
- Please pay the required fees/charges as appropriate and get the receipt from the department.
- This application will be processed internally.
- Once the applicant’s renewal request is found eligible, the License will be renewed as per applicable norms.
- License will be delivered to the address mentioned while applying, or it will be delivered as per notification.
- Note: It is advised to submit an additional set of copy of the documents and get it counter signed for your safety while applying with the government department.
Apply Online:
- Please use the following Link to reach online portal: link
- In the given page please select “ONLINE APPLICATION” menu and choose “Contractor Enlistment”
- User will reach a new page. Please select “Contractors login” option to get login page.
- Please enter the login credentials as applicable and click “Login” button to login.
- If you are a new user then use the “Register” option to get a new page.
- Please complete the registration process by filling the mandatory details as per prompt and click “Generate OTP” button. User will get OTP in their mobile. Please enter the received OTP at the prompted space and click applicable button to register and the login.
- Once login, applicant will land in a new page. Please follow the on screen information to complete page requirement and follow the page prompt to upload the required documents at the prompted space.
- Once the online filling of application form is complete, please make payment using the right option.
- An acknowledgement for submission of application will be generated. Same time an acknowledgment with reference number will be sent to your mobile and email. Keep it safe for future reference.
- This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.
- Submitted application will be verified by the authorities.
- Please follow department notification.
- Once the applicant is found eligible, License will be renewed as per applicable norms.
- Renewed License will be delivered to the address mentioned while applying or it will be delivered as per notification.
Apply through Mobile APP:
- To Renew a Contractor Registration in Haryana, the applicant has to download the DGFT app from the following Link: Link.
- Once downloaded, enter the login credentials and click on the "Login" button, if you are already a user. #Otherwise, click on the "REGISTER" option on the app.
- The applicant may also log in via Facebook, Twitter or Google account.
- Now click on the "My Dashboard" option and follow the instructions as required for renewing the contractor registration.
Apply through Centres:
- To Renew a Contractor Registration in Haryana, the applicant shall visit the nearest CSC. Find contacts to CSC centres in the Link provided: Link
- Procure the application form from the concerned centre and fill it up with the necessary details required for the registration.
- Ensure to attach all the "Required Documents" along with the application form before submission.
- Provide authorized signatory and photograph, wherever applicable.
- Now submit the application to the office of the concerned centre.
- On successful verification, the Contractor Registration will be renewed by the CSC centre.

Fill all the mandatory details while filling application form. Incomplete applications and applications without the necessary documents might get rejected.

Need for the Document
- A contractor should renew the registration periodically.
- Without renewal the registration of a contractor is not valid and cannot bid for any contract.
The original Certificate to be produced with the registering Authority at the time of renewal.
Other uses of the Document/Certificate
