1. To apply for Hostel License in Haryana, the applicant has to approach the nearest Municipal Corporation in their area.
2. Get the application form from the executive officer in the municipal corporation
3. Fill the application form with the appropriate details without any mistakes.
4. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
6. Then make the prescribed fees for the registration.
7. After submitting the application form, the applicant will receive a transaction number to the registered mobile number.
8. You can track the status of the application using the transaction number.

Apply Online - Haryana Obtain Hostel License or Permit Online with Images

1. To apply for Hostel License in Haryana, the applicant has to visit the official web page of Urban Local Bodies (ULB) portal of Haryana. Haryana Urban development board
2. Now the applicant must click on the "New Business License" option which is available on the homepage.
3. Scroll down the page, you will see "Please Click Here" option.
4. Now click on the coloumn which is applicable to you.
5. In the next page, you have to login with your details if you are a existing user otherwise click on "Register"
6. After Registeration enter with your login details to Apply.
7. The applicant has to fill the application form with the necessary details.
8. Upload the required documents listed below.
9. After uploading all the required documents, click on the submit button.
10. Once the application is submitted, verification of the documents will be done by the ULB officials.
11. An automatic unique application number will be generated after submitting the form.
12. Once the application is accepted, pay the applicable fees as per the instruction.
13. The applicant will be notified via SMS on the registered mobile number.
14. Fill all the details to make payment and click on "Make Payment" icon.
15. Once the payment is finished, the authority will verify and issue the Hostel License.
