Haryana - Change Address of Pet Dog Registration


Procedure

Apply In-Person:

  1. Applicant shall approach their respective civic agencies (municipal/corporation/local body) of their respective area from whom the license for pet dogs was obtained.
  2. Go to the respective office.
  3. Meet the respective authority at the office. The contact details are given below in the “Office Location”. Applicant shall get the advice from the authority to be followed in order to register the change of address.
  4. Collect the applicable application form.
  5. Submit the completed application form along with required documents, as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section for showing proof of change in residential address.
  6. Authorities will check the submitted application and announce the fees / charges. Please pay and get the receipt. Follow up with the authorities for notification regarding the status of the application.

  2. In the given page, applicant has to fill in the credentials and hit “submit” to login. If you are new user, then please use register here option to register and then login.
  3. Once login, user will get welcome page.
  4. Here select apply for services option as provided on the left part of the page to select view all available services sub option.
  5. Please select “Change Address” to get the online applying page.
  6. Please follow the page prompts as applicable to initiate online application.
  7. Applicant need to save the acknowledgement generated for future reference.
  8. This application will be processed by respective department.
  9. Applicant gets update of the application status in his mobile through SMS.
  10. Applicant shall follow the notification to get the address changed.

Need for the Document

  • Registering a change in residential address is necessary, as it keeps the authorities informed regarding the location of the pet dog. Further, if the pet dog is lost, the authorities can identify the pet dog and return it to the registered address.
