1. The (DINEPA) National Directorate of Drinking Water and Sanitation handles the supply of water and handling of sanitation.
2. Contact your local ETC branch office located in your area, if you are not able to find your local branch, please use the contact information provided under the Office Locations & Contacts section of this page, who should be able to provide you with some guidance.
3. Once you reach your local branch, you would have to fill up an application form and pay for the educational expenses.
4. The engineers will visit your house and, if they have finalized with the connection you will have to pay for the connection charges.
5. After the payment, the connection for drinking water and sanitation will be made from your requested place to the distributed network.
