1. To transfer a vehicle the buyer and seller should approach the Office Vehicles Insurance Against Thirds.Contact and address information of the offices are provided under Office Locations & Contacts section of this page.
2. They should provide the list of documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this page and pay the appropriate fees to do so.

• Valid insurance policy for the current year (original and copy)
• Vehicle registration card (original and copy)
• Transfer form issued by the Vehicle Traffic Service authorizing such transfer, signed by the owner and the acquirer
• Identification documents valid for the current year of the owner and the purchaser (original and copy)
