• License application letter to the Departmental Director of Education of the area to which are attached the accreditation application form duly completed and a letter of authorization.
• Declaration of the opening of the school in front a notary and two witnesses.
• Constitution unless the school has at least two (2) Founders
• Lease for (5) years and a copy of the last receipt of rent payment if the seeking is not the owner or title if it is the owner.
• Identifying the parts soliciting CV and certificates of classical, professional studies, fiscal identity card (copy), certificate of good conduct and morals, health certificate, birth certificate (copy), two recent photos of the founder and a recent receipt .
• School principal identifying the pieces chosen by the CV and applying for certificates of classical, professional studies, fiscal identity card (copy), certificate of good conduct and morals, health certificate, birth certificate (copy), two photos recent and recent receipt.
• Provisional appointment letter (pending ratification by the DAEPP) director appointed by the requesting non manager.
• Parts of each teacher indiscriminately: CV and certificates of classical, professional studies, and tax identity card (copy), birth certificate.

1. CVs without supporting documents (certificates of studies and / or professional certificates) are zero.
2. It is desirable that all the documents are presented in a bound document.
