1. Request for registering a co-operate business can be done through the Investment Facilitation Center (CFI). Contact and address location of the offie locations can be obtained under the Office Locations & Contacts section of this page.
2. One original and three copies of the following documents should be provided for going through the process.

• Cover letter to the CNC
• Incorporation registered at the DGI the place or seat Cooperative signed by a minimum of seven (7) members founders
• Two (2) copies of statutes signed by the directors and officers
• Business plan or forecast operating account,
• Opening balance sheet

List down the documents required for successfully completing the procedure.

1. The recording of the CEC is for an infinite life.
2. The registration of non-CEC is 3 years renewable.
3. The processing time is 30 days from the date of filing of the application.

This procedure provides you information about how to register a cooperative business in Haiti. The registration of a business in Haiti, it is domestic or foreign, ask any natural or legal person to complete a series of administrative formalities defined by the Ministry of Trade and Industry Haiti. Registration procedures are executed by the said Ministry in consultation with the Investment Facilitation Center.
