1. The application for the registering a business name should be made at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MCI) which is also facilitated by Investment Facilitation Center. 2. Provide a letter of authorization to the settlement of tax matters (to obtain the Ministry of Trade and Industry on the basis of filing the application)
3. If your application is accepted, the name that you have provided will be registered.
