1. Application for Private Security Agency License should be made to the Ministry of Interior and Communities.
2. Make sure you have all the documents that are listed under section Required Documents of this page.
3. send an application letter requesting for the license to the Ministry of Interior and Communities.
4. After verification and appropriate validation the license willl be provided.

• Constitutive Act and the Statute formally published in the Official Journal of the Republic
• National Identification Card (CIN) and the tax registration number of each member of the Board
• Internal regulations of the company (governed by the Code of the Haitian labor)
• List of staff and their qualifications
• Logo and a picture of a uniformed officer (in the company of uniform fabrics)
• Registration certificate to the Ministry of Commerce
• Certificate in handling national firearms issued by central or shot by the Police Headquarters
• Deposit certificate to the BRH (50,000) gourds
• Criminal records issued by the Tribunal Registry of the Civil Jurisdiction
• Two (2) completed forms to the Department of Political Affairs and Human Rights (DAPDH)
• A survey (DAPDH) once the completed dossier
