1. To apply for export or import permit is made through Directorate of Quarantine and Inspection of Agricultural and Fisheries Products (DQCPAP). Contact and address information are provided under the Office Locations & Contacts section of this page.
2. send a letter to request for permit from DQCPAP.
3. You would have to provide your name and address or person or institution who export or imports and the name and address of the supplier.
4. You would also have to supply the phyto certificate and animal health certificate in the country of origin.
