1. To obtain a graduation certificate or Transcript of High School Grades or from Teacher Training Colleges, you have to contact the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. Address and contact information are provided under the Office Locations & Contacts section of this page.
2. Contact the Ministry of Education, where you would have to complete an application form and pay the required fees.
3. After payment of required fees, submit the application form with the receipt of payment of fees.
4. You will have to make an appointment to get the certificate.
