Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Widow Certificate, you have to approach the Collector & District Magistrate Mamlatdar Office.

3. You can approach the revenue department authorities for form or write it on the A4 sheet.
4. Make sure that you are eligible to apply for Widow Certificate by checking the Eligibility criteria provided under “Eligibility” Section of this page.
5. Attach all the Required Documents as mentioned in the Required Documents section along with the form.
6. Fill the form with all the necessary details and Submit the form to the Collector & District Magistrate Mamlatdar Office.
7. Pay the appropriate as quoted by the authorities.
8. The will provide an acknowledgement receipt. keep it safely for your Future Reference.
9. You will get the Notification as soon as the Certificate get’s ready.
10. Now you can go to the office and collect the Widow Certificate.

Apply Online:

1. To apply the Widow Certificate online visit the Webpage of Digital Gujarat : Website link
2. After Visiting the Webpage Click on the “Login” Option which is mentioned above. Now login using your Email Id or Phone number and enter the captcha Code mentioned there and Click on the “Login” Button.
3. If you are a new user then click on the “Click For New Registration (Citizen)”.Now Fill all the Mandatory details and click on the save button.
4. Next enter your Verification Code (OTP) which you will receive in SMS to your registered mobile number and Click on the “Confirm” Button.
5. Now login using your Email Id or Phone number and enter the captcha Code mentioned there and Click on the “Login” Button.
6. Next Click on the “Request a New Service” Button which is mentioned which is located at the top right corner.
7. Now click on the “Widow Certificate” and scroll down to the bottom and Click Continue to Service and Click Continue button.
8. Fill all the required informations and Click on the “Next” button and in the next page enter all the mandatory details and click on the “Next” Button.
9. After completion of the application form Now upload the all the documents Using Browse and Upload Options atlast click on the “Proceed” button.
10. You will receive an Acknowledgement. Print the receipt for Future Reference.
11. Soon, they revenue department will approve your certificate and they will notify you.
12. You can download the widow certificate online.

• An applicant can apply for the Widow Certificate provided she is having a unique CAN number.
• If the applicant doesn't have a unique CAN Number, she must register for CAN to access the application form for Widow Certificate.
• User must have valid username and password.
• Make relevant and correct entries only.
• Recheck the entries before clicking on Submit button.
• Mandatory fields cannot be left blank.
• Mandatory/Optional documents should be attached as per requirement.
• Do not make false entries.
