Apply In-Person

1. Before applying for possession, the applicant need to complete the registration process of property & get the sale deed from concerned authority. The applicant needs to approach the nearest e-Dhara Kendra. link
2. The applicant has to submit an application in the prescribed format for possession certificate at e-Dhara Kendra.
3. The applicant has to submit all required documents to the e-Dhara Kendra service operator.
4. The request for possession certificate will be forwarded online to the concerned authority, i.e., Tahsildar for rural areas & RDO for urban areas.
5. The concerned authority, Tahsildar/RDO, will process the possession certificate request online.
6. After downloading all verification and proceeding documents, the concerned authority will conduct a field-level enquiry.
7. After enquiry, Tahsildar/RDO will take action for issuing possession certificate.
8. Possession certificate application status will be updated through SMS.
9. The applicant can also track application status from e-Dhara Kendra.

5. Scanned copy of lease cum sale deed
6. Scanned copy of Photo Identification Proof and address proof.
