1. To obtain a crash report, applicants will need to go to the Records Section of the Police Department.
2. The drivers, owner, or passengers must present a valid photo ID and provide the case number.
3. Pay the application fee of $26.00 (Cash or check).

NOTE: If the driver, owner, or passenger is unable to retrieve the crash report, a notarized authorization can be issued for another adult to retrieve the report. The adult must present a valid photo ID. If the registered owner is not listed on the report, the owner must present the ownership papers of the vehicle for verification upon requesting the report.
