1. Go to a Police Office in Greece.
2. Present and submit required documents.
3. Pay the application fee.

• Affidavit Law 1599-1586 of stakeholders stating that the declarant is not within the prohibitions of Article 18 of N.2168/1993 and that does not benefit or fugitive from justice.
• full copy Criminal Records (Type A)
• Duplicate license to operate the factory or workshop, if required under the current rules. Where not required authorization shall:
  • Certificate of competent fire fire brigade.
  • A certified copy of a lease or other official document, by showing that granted the use of the property for a specific purpose and for a specified time. If the property is owned, submit an affirmation of the person concerned.
  • Affidavit (Law 1599/86) of the property owner, stating:
    • That the existing zoning laws permitted the operations of the businesses on the property and there was a change in the use of space.
    • That the regulation of the building in which the property is situated allow the running of this company and that the majority of the occupants of the building shall not prevent operation.
• Duplicate license warehouse for the storage of these items, since these quantities are beyond those specified by the No 3329/15.2.1989 (GG 132-t. B) CMD
• Three (3) recent photograph identity card
• Other required documents (if applicable)
  • certified copy of the instrument appointing a representative of the board of SA
  • certified copy of the statutes or company legal person to another form.
