• If your conductor license is valid and it’s lost or stolen, then you would have to file a FIR with the local police station and you will be requested to produce the report with the application for a duplicate driving license.
  
• If in case it is destroyed, defaced or torn or completely written up, then you have to produce the remains along with application and no need for police complaint.

1. To apply for duplicate Conductor License in Goa the applicant has to approach the RTO office to which his area belongs to.

5. The applicant should make sure they are eligible by reading through the eligibility criteria that has been listed out under the “Eligibility” section of this page.
   
6. Please make sure you have all the documents that are listed down the “Required Documents” section of this page.
   
7. Application forms can also be obtained from the appropriate RTO offices that can be completed and presented with appropriate fees.
   
8. Present the completed application forms in one of the counter and pay the appropriate fee where the officials would start processing your application.
   
9. After the verification of documents and relevant queries, Authorities will process their official recordings.
   
10. If the licensing authority is satisfied with your application then the duplicate of conductor license will be processed

1. First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online.
   
2. In order to apply for online, please follow the link : online portal
3. Please select "Online Services" from the menu and click on "Driver License Related Services".
4. You will be taken to a new screen where you have to select “Goa” in the drop down menu against “Please select the State from where the service is to be taken”.
5. In the next window, please click “Apply Online” to select “Services on conductor License” option.
   
6. A fresh window to fill “conductor license number” will prompt to enter details and hit proceed.
   
7. Please provide details prompted for and upload required documents and click “submit” at the bottom of the form to process the application.
   
8. Please take printout of Acknowledgement and go to the RTO office to process further
   
9. You can take printout of online application form with the help of the link: please follow the link online portal link
   
10. Select “Goa” in the drop down menu against “Please select the State from where the service is to be taken”.
    
11. In the next window, please click “Download Forms” to select “Print application form” option.
    
12. Please enter your application number in the next window and hit ”Submit” follow the next window to get the printout.

• No person shall act as a conductor of a stage carriage unless he holds an effective conductor’s licence issued to him authorising him to act as such conductor.
