Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Domestic help Verification In-Person, get the Domestic Help Verification form from the nearest police station in Goa Goa Police Stations.
2. You can also download the form online and print it from the link: Application form.
3. In the procured form, fill the required details of the employee (Servant).
4. Provide the complete description of the employee in the section provided for the same.
5. Mention the employee’s friend’s or relative’s information.
6. Affix the passport size photograph of the employee in the space given.
7. Attach Photocopy of Photo ID proofs of the employee.
8. Duly sign the form and submit the form at the nearest Police Station.
9. Pay the processing fee if required.
10. Receive the acknowledgment receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
11. If required, visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.

Note: Carry the original Id proofs to the police station for any necessary cross verifications to be made.

1. To apply for a Domestic help Verification online, visit the link: CCTNS Citizen Services .
2. In the given window, click on Domestic help Verification.
3. You will now be asked to log in using your User Id and Password.
4. If you are a new user, create a new account by clicking on the “Create Account” option in the lower-left corner of the webpage.
5. Once you log in with your account, fill in all the required details of the person to be verified and the employer.
6. Upload the servant’s required Id proof and passport size photographs.
7. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
8. Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
9. The details of your application will be sent to your registered mobile number or E-Mail Id.

• Reference of two known persons from the native place of the servant to be contacted in an emergency.

• While employing a person for domestic help, it is highly advisable to apply for a Police verification report of the said person to ensure your safety.
• When one applies for this Verification, the police runs a complete background check on the person to be employed and their details are stored with the police.
• This protects the employee from involving in any criminal activities in the near future.
• This registration also helps the police to keep the city safe from any terrorists or anti-socials who disguise themselves as servants.

• Servants have access to the employer’s most important details, and one could easily become a victim of servant crime if they do not conduct police verification before hiring them.
• Usually, in the event of a servant crime, the police would be left with zero information about the servant's details. However, a servant verification process would help the police to track such crimes.
• It is highly necessary to do background verification of the servant even if he/she was referred by a friend or an acquaintance.
